Weight loss Green Smoothie Recipe

Are you looking to lose weight but don’t have time to meal prep? Smoothies are a fantastic supplement if you are on a fitness plan. I personally love to make a smoothie in the mornings. Its a grab and go kind of thing, that tastes delicious. This green smoothie gluten free, vegan, and paleo.


 This green smoothie is meant to kickstart your metabolism into high gear, curve your appetite, fight off common colds and flus, and give you that high energy you need to start your day or your workout. Thank you antioxidants!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 tsp of ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. If smoothie is too thick, add water. If too thin, add ice.
  3. Serve and garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds, optional.
