Each month I take pleasure in choosing my top 10 beauty products for that month. It gives me the opportunity to reflect on the products that I have purchased over the last 30 days and determine whether or not I would recommend them to my readers. It also enables me to decide if each product would be one that I would consider repurchasing.
This months beauty products truly are some must haves in my makeup bag moving forward. If you are one of my regular readers, then you are well aware that I am consistently throwing out recommendations based on the products that I have tried and loved. Lets jump right in to this months favourites!
Beauty Product #1: URBAN DECAY Naked Cherry Eyeshadow Palette $66 CAD
When I first saw that this product was launching I was ecstatic. Urban Decay had produced some of my most prized eyeshadow pallets. Especially their Naked palettes. Anyone who knows me, knows that my obsession are eyeshadows. I own well over 100 palettes and yet I still continue buying them. This palette has some of the most beautiful shades to date. Ranging from ivory, to rose gold, to black cherry. It has typical Urban Decay quality, which I think is amazing.
Beauty Product #2: MORPHE Highlight & Contour Beauty Sponge $9.50 CAD
This little sponge packs a large punch. It is the perfect all in one sponge to apply your foundation, contour, and apply your setting powder to get that snatched, sharp contoured look. The chiseled edges gives you the ultimate control.
Beauty Product #3: TATCHA The Silk Canvas Protective Primer $62 CAD
I have yet to be disappointed by any TATCHA products that I have purchased, and this one was no exception. Upon application, this primer made my skin feel like silk. It diminished the look of my pores, and my foundation application was a breeze. It works well with all skin types and you can apply it to your face, eyes, and lips. For me, this made the price tag worth the purchase. I am all about multi usage.
Beauty Product #4: MAC Cosmetics Lipstick in Ruby Woo $23 CAD
Nothing speaks confidence like a classic red lip. MAC Cosmetics has some of the amazing lip colours out there. Ruby Woo is one of them. This shade has matte finish that compliments any skin tone. This is by far my most favourite red lip colour to date. I have admired it for years.
Beauty Product #5: BECCA Be A Light Face Palette $55 CAD
Becca Cosmetics is the mother of all highlighters. If you want to shine to the gods, then Becca is where you should turn. This stunning face palette is infused with light diffusing technology that blends effortlessly across your skin, leaving a beautiful glow in its path. With two shade ranges one for light to medium and one for medium to dark, finding the best one for your skin tone is simple.
